Delphin Tec Schiffstechnik GmbH provides all services in sales, chartering, service and maintenance of recreational boats. The company was founded in 2004 and is today managed by the three equal partners Matthias Schmitt, Alex Friesen and Franz With (entrepreneur for over 30 years). They have been on friendly terms for many years and also shape the two sister companies, SBS Andernach GmbH and SBS Technik GmbH, which, among other things, is competently responsible for the boat electrics, together.

For our customers, we are enthusiastic and committed partners from the initial idea to the realization of a new floating installation on or near the water, through planning, obtaining permits, execution/manufacture, high-quality corrosion protection, installation, maintenance and servicing, UVV inspections, right up to the dismantling of installations. Likewise in the boat building for work and special boats as well as for leisure boats everything takes place from one hand from our house. From conception to engineering, boat building, approval by the Waterways Shipping Authority, boat familiarization and subsequent service and maintenance. The company has existed for almost 100 years, is managed in the third family generation by Matthias Schmitt (owner/managing director) in cooperation with Alex Friesen (mechanical engineer/managing director) and innovation, quality and reliability of our products and services are the reason why shipping companies, hydraulic engineering companies, private individuals, municipalities and public authorities like to work with us. – And we are thus responsible for the competent boat building of the Joylife houseboats incl.
